'''''Marvin's Room''''' occurs as play by Scott McPherson which tells the story of the human world health organization got the stroke 17 years ago & has spent 100% of the period vegetating within his sleeping room. He has been cared for by his girl Bessie, & virtually ignored by his more girl, Lee. However nowadays Bessie's doctor has informed her that she has leukemia and needs a bone marrow transplant, and she turns to her sister for serve. Lee, successively, turns to her boy Hank, world health organization has been committed to the mental asylum for setting fire to his mother's home. Once Lee finds that she will develop to require across her father's care, she at the start begins looking as much as for nursing homes. One of these days, a sisters & Lee's 2 sons lead off to develop roughly both more, & to their father, Marvin. the play was manufactured into a 1996 film, adapted by McPherson and directed by Jerry Zaks. It stars Meryl Streep, Leonardo DiCaprio, Diane Keaton, Robert De Niro, Hume Cronyn, Gwen Verdon, Hal Scardino and Dan Hedaya. A flick was nominated for the Academy Award for Best Actress (Diane Keaton).
